5 Tips on How to Reduce Body Fat Fast

1. Getting Bored - If you’re having a hard time getting excited about your routine - learn to have fun at the gym. To do that, change things up and try some other options - rowing, biking, sprinting - whatever it takes to work out again.

2. Get More Sleep - Don’t cheat on sleep. Research has discovered that people who deprived themselves of sleep were 60 percent more likely to be over-weight than those who managed a minimum of 8 hours sleep. The main reason is - tired people eat more, and the more hours you’re awake, the more you’ll eat.

3. Get Real - Don’t set unrealistic goals from the start. You can’t expect to shed 10 pounds in a week - it’s like training for a marathon from scratch one day and expect to run it the next. The best way to achieve your ultimate goal is to set a series of smaller, progressive goals, and reward yourself for achieving each one. Slow and steady is always the healthiest, and the most effective approach.

4. Strapped for Time - You can squeeze exercises into a short amount of time by using intervals training which are fast bursts followed by slow recovery periods. And use bodyweight exercises which you try at home like spider-man push ups, lunges, and mountain climbers.

5. Shed pounds and you almost always lose muscle as well, which can slow your metabolism. But exercising more instead of just eating less will prevent that. To lose weight and keep your metabolism going, don’t just watch you eat - start working out with challenging weights and high intensity interval training to change your entire body shape.
